Evidence-led solutions for complex challenges.
Our Capabilities
Navigating social, environmental, and digital shifts through rigorous data and systemic foresight.
Data Collection and Field Operations
Data Collection & Field Operations
We deliver robust, ethically grounded field data collection across complex, fragile, and hard-to-reach environments by combining digital innovation with a disciplined operational architecture. Deploying advanced mobile data platforms including KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, ODK, and SurveyToGo, we capture high-fidelity primary data in real time while enforcing strict Data Quality Assurance (DQA) protocols, automated logic validation, and geospatial tracking (GIS) for complete analytical integrity. Supported by an extensive network of trained, multilingual field enumerators grounded in trauma-informed engagement and humanitarian Do No Harm principles, we execute large-scale household surveys, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) while maintaining stringent data privacy, safeguarding, and security standards.
Third-Party Monitoring
Third-Party Monitoring & Independent Verification
We provide objective, independent oversight to guarantee accountability, programmatic fidelity, and compliance across high-stakes humanitarian and development portfolios. Acting as an impartial technical partner, we conduct independent verifications of physical deliverables, audit supply and distribution channels, validate beneficiary targeting criteria, and assess output sustainability across sub-national footprints. Our Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) framework integrates unannounced spot checks, process evaluations, and functional Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms (CFM) to isolate operational bottlenecks and mitigate risks in real time.
Systems Strengthening & Strategy
Systems Strengthening & Strategy
We provide the strategic foresight required to navigate complex institutional and social landscapes by embedding systems thinking and human-centred design into every advisory engagement. Our holistic problem-solving methodology addresses deep-seated structural challenges at their root causes rather than treating isolated technical symptoms. Through comprehensive strategy design and appraisal, we formulate and refine agile, long-term roadmaps that enable development partners to achieve resilient, scalable growth.
Behavioural Science & Social Change
Behavioural Science & Social Change
We specialise in decoding the human factor that drives or inhibits development outcomes, grounding our interventions in a nuanced understanding of localised social, political, and cultural dynamics. Employing evidence-led Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) strategies, we focus on shifting persistent social norms and individual habits to achieve measurable, lasting impact. Our behavioural science models translate cognitive and psychological insights into field implementation, while our Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) frameworks establish sustained trust through participatory dialogue. By ensuring local voices and lived experiences directly shape program design, we cultivate community-owned solutions that withstand shocks.
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
We treat data as an immutable foundation for institutional learning and progress, applying rigorous technical standards and academic precision to every evaluative study. We deliver end-to-end Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) services, establishing robust performance tracking systems powered by advanced analytical platforms including Dedoose, Power BI, R, Stata, and SPSS. Our capabilities span baseline, mid-term, and endline evaluations, as well as deep-dive thematic studies into systemic bottlenecks using mixed-method household surveys and participatory qualitative tools.
Information Ecosystem Management
Information Ecosystem Management
We protect the integrity of public narratives and development interventions by analysing the socio-political and media dynamics shaping local environments. Specialising in infodemic management, we deliver strategic advisory to identify, track, and neutralise rumours, stigma, and misinformation across public health, peacebuilding, and social sector portfolios. Through continuous digital and community social listening paired with real-time sentiment analysis, we uncover perceptual trends and information voids, generating the granular insights necessary to mount agile, data-backed communication responses that preserve institutional credibility and community trust.
Capacity Strengthening
Capacity Strengthening
We deliver practical, evidence-driven capacity strengthening programs designed to bridge technical gaps and build sustainable institutional self-reliance across development, public health, peacebuilding, and humanitarian ecosystems. Grounded in our proprietary Design, Measure, Evaluate, Communicate, Learn, and Transform lifecycle, our tailored curricula empower partners across four vital pillars: comprehensive MEAL systems spanning Theories of Change, indicator architectures, and data quality audits; applied data analysis and mixed-method econometrics; enterprise data governance embedding statutory data privacy compliance (NDPA and GDPR) alongside digital survey tooling; and evidence-based Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) incorporating behavioral diagnostics and infodemic social listening.
The Apex Cycle
An integrated methodology ensuring that strategy, measurement, communication, and learning remain connected. We bridge the gap between high-level vision and measurable ground-level results.
Values-Driven Process
Six distinct operational phases act as the engine for our signature cycle, ensuring every stage is anchored in integrity, precision, and human-centric innovation.
