Omolara Oyinlola

Michael B. Oyinlola is a Research, Evaluation, Learning, and Data Specialist and strategic leader driving the design, implementation, and leadership of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) strategies. His work spans diverse sectors, including economic growth, public health, youth empowerment, MSMEs, governance, peacebuilding, education, social protection, humanitarian, agriculture, and social investment, focusing on translating complex data into actionable insights for programmatic and policy change.
She brings deep expertise in implementation research, policy-relevant analysis, and the application of behavioural science to inform program design and decision-making. Through participatory and gender-transformative approaches, Omolara supports institutions in developing contextually responsive interventions that promote the adoption of healthier behaviours, enhance service delivery, and increase community trust in health systems.
Across her career, she has led multi-country initiatives that have improved behaviour change, strengthened risk communication and community engagement, and advanced disability-inclusive and gender-responsive health programming. Recognised for her thought leadership in global health, Omolara regularly contributes to professional publications and speaks at regional and international forums.

Michael Oyinlola

Michael B. Oyinlola is a Research, Evaluation, Learning, and Data Specialist and strategic leader with over 13 years of experience driving the design, implementation, and leading of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) strategies. His work spans diverse sectors focusing on translating complex data into actionable insights for programmatic and policy change.
He brings deep expertise in data governance, performance measurement, and the institutionalisation of Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) cultures. Michael is skilled in utilising diverse methodologies, including outcome mapping, harvesting, and results-based management, leveraging advanced data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Across his career, he has led high-impact initiatives including nationwide third-party monitoring for the $1.37 billion National Social Investment Program. A Fellow of the Nigerian Association of Evaluators, Michael regularly contributes to the development of organisational protocols and policy briefs.
